Independent Chairman
Mr Lyn Davies joined Service Stream on 25 August 2005 as Chairman. He is a member of the Company's
Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration Committee. His qualifications include
a Diploma of Agriculture and a Diploma Company Directors Course.
Mr Davies is a Company Director and a Business Consultant. He is a Fellow of the Australian
Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a Life
Member of the Australian Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology.
Mr Davies is Chairman of Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd, and is a Director of Mackay
Consolidated Industries Pty Limited. He is also Chairman of the Board of Yarra Valley Grammar
and a Director of ParaQuad Victoria.
He has previously been Chairman of HRL Limited, The Nordia Group, Floriana Pty Limited,
and Collins Booksellers Group and was a Director of Castle Bacon Pty Ltd.
Mr Davies has acted as an advisor on commercial matters to boards in a wide range of industries
and he brings highly developed commercial and corporate governance skills to the Board.
His previous business experience includes more than 20 years at Chief Executive level with
Elders IXL Limited, Wattie Limited and Goodman Fielder Limited. |

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr Flannigan joined Service Stream in January 2004 and was appointed
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on 3 September 2004.
He has more than 20 years experience in the industrial services sector.
Before joining Service Stream Mr Flannigan founded and was non-executive
chairman of a successful maintenance services company specialising in the
manufacturing, aviation and construction industries. Previously he spent
11 years with Skilled Engineering Ltd in various roles including General Manager.
Mr Flannigan’s wide experience in project management, customer service,
financial management and industrial relations is complemented by his in-depth
knowledge of the installation and maintenance services industry in Australia.
He has a business degree from Victoria University, is a Director of the Australian
Grand Prix Corporation, is a Director of and Chairman of the Finance Committee for
Western Chances, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow
of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer
Mr Doery joined Service Stream in July 2004 as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Doery is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia with 24 years experience at KPMG.
As a partner for 14 years, Mr Doery has experience in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, risk
management, change management and business services. Mr Doery held a variety of operational and management
roles at KPMG.
Mr Doery’s focus has been in the telecommunications, IT and services sectors with significant exposure
in the areas of customer service, outsourcing and infrastructure projects. This focus involved
Mr Doery in assisting companies to develop and achieve their strategic, financial and operational goals.
Mr Doery’s recent experience has seen him involved in corporate governance advisory and related
activities with major public companies.
Over the last 15 years Mr Doery has been actively involved at director level with various charities.

Executive Director
Mr Stanton joined Service Stream as Executive Director when Total
Communications Infrastructure (TCI) merged with Service Stream Limited on
19 December 2006.
Over the last seven years, Mr Stanton has been responsible for the
running of TCI. His experience as a civil engineer, together with
20 years project management experience, has ensured the successful
development and growth of the company. His focus has been
specifically on the telecommunications industry, although is now
widening to other industries.
Prior to joining TCI, Mr Stanton spent 12 years with Civil and
Civic. During this time he acquired extensive business and project
management experience, managing large scale engineering projects.
Mr Stanton holds a degree in engineering from the University of
Sydney.

Non-Executive Director
Mr Field was a co-founding Director of Service Stream Limited when it listed as a
public company in January 2004.
Mr Field has extensive experience in the telecommunications, electrical and construction
industries with over 20 years in the areas of business ownership, general management,
operations management, sales and account management. This experience has been with Skilled
Communications Services Pty Ltd and Communications Australia Pty Ltd.
In more recent years Mr Field has successfully ventured into the banking industry with the
co-founding of Direct Cash Pty Ltd. After only a short number of years this business became
one of the most successful privately owned ATM businesses in Australia culminating with
its recent sale to Cashcard. |

Mr Small was a co-founding Director of Service Stream Limited when it listed as a public
company in January 2004. In conjunction with his role as a Director he held the position of
Chairman of the Board until the appointment of Mr Lyn Davies on 25 August 2005.
Mr Small has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry with over 20 years in
the areas of business ownership, general management, operations management, sales and account
management. This experience has been with Fujitsu, Honeywell, Skilled Communications Services
Pty Ltd and Communications Services Australia Pty Ltd.
In more recent years Mr Small has successfully ventured into the banking industry with the
co-founding of Direct Cash Pty Ltd. After only a short number of years this business became
one of the most successful privately owned ATM businesses in Australia culminating with its
recent sale to Cashcard. Mr Small holds a Diploma of Business Studies (Valuations).

Non-Executive Director
Mr Wilks joined Service Stream as Non-Executive Director when
Total Communications Infrastructure (TCI) merged with Service Stream
Limited on 19 December 2006.
Mr Wilks is a consultant with over 20 years hands on experience in
the telecommunications industry.
Currently Mr Wilks holds non-executive directorships in Longreach
Group Limited and People Telecom Limited. He is on the advisory
board of the Network Insight Group and consults to a number of
companies, offering advice in relation to the telecommunications,
media and technology industries.
Mr Wilks has previously held senior executive positions with BT
Asia Pacific, Optus, Hong Kong Telecom, Nextgen Networks and
Personal Broadband Australia. He was also a consulting director
with investment bank, NM Rothschild.
He holds degrees in science and laws from Macquarie University and
a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. |
