Service Stream's Logistic services often form part of a complete end-to-end outsourced solution supporting a Contact Centre and/or Installation & Maintenance service which requires the procurement, inventory management, and dispatch of telecommunications equipment or marketing collateral.

Stand Alone Logistics Services

Service Stream also provide several stand alone logistic services where clients require a customised service to pre-provision, pack and dispatch mobile phone handsets or Customer Premise Equipment such as ADSL modems. In such cases the customer manages the order entry, passes Service Stream the order details for fulfilment.
