Kevin is a management professional with 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry supporting Australia’s main telecommunication carriers NBN Co, Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and Primus.
He has a proven track record of motivating a team to consistently exceed targets both internal and external.
Kevin has worked with Service Stream for 19 years where he started out as State Manager in Victoria in 1996
Executive General Manager - Energy and Water since August 2014
Paul joined Service Stream when it acquired the AMRS Group of Companies in February 2008 and has held various operational and management positions within the Energy and Water Division since 2007. Paul was appointed to the role of Executive General Manager of Energy and Water in August 2014.
In the capacity of General Manager, Paul was previously responsible for overseeing multiple national operations across the metering, asset inspection and in-home services work streams, operating in the electricity, gas and water sectors.
He has over 7 years’ experience working within the utilities services sector and over 10 years design and marketing industry experience working with blue chip clients throughout Europe and Australia.
Executive General Manager - Mobile Communications since October 2013
Max joined Service Stream in 2008 and was appointed Executive General Manager of Mobile Communications in October 2013.
Max has been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years and has held various technical, Senior Management & Executive roles. In his capacity as Executive General Manager, Max is responsible for managing the business unit of Mobile Communications by supporting key telecommunication clients in the design, construction delivery, deployment and upgrading of their wireless network.
Max holds various professional qualifications and is a member of various industry associations including being a Chartered Member of the Australian Institute of Building.
Executive General Manager - Construction since November 2014
John joined Service Stream in November 2014 in his capacity to enable a new business line within Service Stream focused on delivering Construction projects in the utilities sector.
John is an accomplished strategic enterprise development and operational business leader who brings over 25 years experience in the Engineering and Infrastructure Services Sector. John has held senior executive positions in Operational delivery, Commercial Management and Business Development during his career, with a particular focus in the Telecommunications industry in recent years.
Executive General Manager - Business Development and Growth since August 2014
Anton has over 20 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Commercial roles across a variety sectors including Telecommunications, Energy, Water and Gas Utilities, Telecommunication Manufacturing and Transport.
Originally from New Zealand, Anton spent 6 years in the United Kingdom working for Philips Semiconductors servicing clients in the Telecommunications sector such as Nokia, Ericsson, Motorola, Siemens and GEC.
In 2000, Anton arrived in Australia and began working with Lucent Technologies in the Emerging Carrier sector looking after the wide variety of clients across a number of divergent industries. Lucent Technologies merged with Alcatel in 2006 to become Alcatel-Lucent.
Joining Service Stream in 2008, from Alcatel-Lucent, as General Manager – Carrier Networks, Anton oversaw the growth of Service Stream’s Fixed Communications division including all contracted work with NBN Co. In 2014, Anton was promoted to Executive General Manager – Strategy and Growth.
Executive General Manager - Human Resources since July 2013
Juliet has been with Service Stream since June 2010 when she assumed responsibility for the Customer Care function, bringing experience in Contact Centre Management and BPO.
Since then she has added further responsibilities to her portfolio, culminating in her appointment to EGM HR and HSE in July 2013 and she also heads up the Service Stream Talent and Succession program launched in FY15.
Juliet has extensive experience in large leadership roles both in the UK (Barclays Bank PLC, Virgin Media PLC) and with Service Stream over the last five years.
Executive General Manager – Commercial since August 2014

Bruce was appointed Executive General Manager – Commercial for the Service Stream Group in August 2014. Prior to that he was General Manager – Finance and Commercial for the Energy and Water Division, having joined Service Stream in 2011.
He has wide experience in financial and commercial leadership, having previously held senior positions at Suzlon, a multi-national renewable energy company and Siemens, a multi-national engineering company operating across multiple sectors.
Chief Information Officer since December 2015

Anthony was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Service Stream Group in December 2015. Anthony was previously the CIO for Asahi Beverages where he led the IT merger of several acquired Asahi companies across Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to this was the CIO for Schweppes where he successfully led the IT demerger of Schweppes from Cadbury. He also previously held several senior IT positions at Cadbury globally and at EDS/HP and Unisys, both within Australia and across Asia Pacific.
Anthony was awarded a MBA and also has a published thesis in strategy and organizational change management.
General Counsel since August 2015
Chris was appointed General Counsel for the Service Stream Group in August 2015.Chris has significant in-house experience having held senior legal positions at Grocon Group of Companies, Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd and Linfox Australia Pty Ltd.
He has also previously worked for leading international law firms Shearman and Sterling LLP and Baker and McKenzie LLP. Chris has extensive experience in providing legal advice on a broad range of contract, dispute and regulatory matters across a number of jurisdictions
