Service Stream's Tickets of Work division, managed by our Service Stream Communications business, is a leading supplier of asset and maintenance services to the communications industry. Combining a field workforce with Service Stream's logistics, contact centre facilities and its proprietary systems, Service Stream provides a complete end to end capability for installation and maintenance services across Australia.

Service Stream is one of Australia's largest and most experienced field services providers. Our Service Stream Communications business completes over 6,000 jobs a day, operating 365 days a year. Service Stream's range of asset, installation and maintenance services includes: Service Stream's task management spectrum includes:
  • Efficient electronic job allocation and monitoring
  • Timely control of each job completion, with on line reporting to the customer
  • Quality assurance
  • Consolidated invoicing to the customer for jobs completed
  • Efficient and timely management of individual sub-contractors including payment systems
  • Establishing, monitoring and meeting key performance indicators
  • Accreditation and training of contractors and field staff
