Service Stream supplies installation and maintenance services, and supplementary labour services, to the communications industry throughout Australia. We regularly recruit for permanent and casual roles within these operations. We also engage independent subcontractors to provide contract services.
We may have independent subcontractor and/or employment opportunities in any of the following areas:
- Telephone network installation, maintenance and rehabilitation
- Domestic and commercial broadband installation and maintenance
- Major and minor civil works (e.g. relocation of external plant)
- Broadband HFC installation and maintenance
- Wireless network installation and maintenance
- Exchange installation and maintenance
- Project management
- Network design

Service Stream operates a contact centre facility in Melbourne. We regularly recruit for the following roles:
- Customer service representatives
- Inbound and outbound telesales
Opportunities at Head Office and in our branches
As required, we recruit for roles within our Melbourne Head Office, and our branch offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. We may have roles in:
- Administration
- Finance and accounting
- Sales and marketing
- Human resources
- Information technology
- Logistics and distribution

Online registration
When you register your interest online, you can indicate the type of work you are looking for, your availability, your wage expectations and your preferred work locations (including interstate). Additionally, you can set up job emails to alert you when certain types of jobs are advertised.
You can also attach a Resume. If you do not have a Resume, we suggest that you create one before you register. We are more likely to be able to find you a suitable role, if you have provided a Resume.
