Service Stream provided a team that delivered mail room services, document validation, accurate data entry, file storage and retrieval. A software application has been custom built to suit the unique requirements, which has enabled the efficient management of large volumes of documents. Reconciliation of the data between a number of systems both internally and externally is required, along with detailed analysis of each contract for accuracy. Today, Service Stream process in excess of 50,000 contracts per month. Service Stream's systems and application interface directly with the customers' to allow daily remittances for on-time payment to distributors, and real time information on products sold. The processes put in place by Service Stream allows the customer to maintain focus on its core activities, because the "back-office" functions are being handled efficiently and cost effectively.
